How do I prepare for my lash appointment?
Come to your appointment with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye creams. Avoid curling your lashes beforehand. If you wear contacts, consider removing them before the service or bringing your glasses. Arrive a few minutes early so you can relax and settle in before we get started.
How long do lash extensions last?
With proper care, a full set typically lasts 4–6 weeks, following your natural lash growth cycle. We recommend a fill appointment every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking their best as natural lashes shed and new ones grow in.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly by a trained professional, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. Our artists carefully isolate each natural lash and use appropriate weights and lengths to protect your lash health. Following aftercare instructions is important to maintaining both your extensions and your natural lashes.
How do I care for my lash extensions?
Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24–48 hours after your appointment. After that, cleanse them regularly with a lash-safe, oil-free cleanser and a soft brush. Avoid oil-based products near the eyes, and refrain from rubbing or picking at your lashes. Sleeping on your back or using a silk pillowcase helps extend the life of your set.

No — lash services at Dream Spa are available by appointment only. Because our lash services require dedicated, uninterrupted time with a certified artist, we ask that all clients book in advance. You can easily schedule your appointment online through our booking system.
