Policy

Special Considerations:

Please notify our specialist/therapist/technician before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your service provider immediately.

Guarantee:

Although we do not issue refunds, all services have a limited time guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please voice your concerns to our front desk and/or our manager during or right after the service. Any form of Yelp/Google, social media review extortion will result in no compensation, no fixing, nor guarantee.

If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service.

You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service.

We will not be responsible for any breaking, lifting or infected nails.

We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.

As soon as you have walked out the spa door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.

We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused.

Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a 4-hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged $25-$50 for the time of services booked. Any “no-shows” will be charged 50% of the services booked.

Any “no call, no show” might result in no future appointment with us.

We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.

Payments & Gratuities:

We accept cash as well as all major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted and we do not give cash back on credit card charges.

Gratuity is not included in the service fees listed on our price list.

For nail full set/refill, the prices quoted are the starting price for the service, and may be higher depending on the length, shape and the design etc;

No Pets:

We understand it is not easy to have your pets home under no supervision. For that reason, well-behaved pets are welcomed to our store.

Service Pricing:

Prices for nails is subjected to change due to intricacies of length, shape and art.

Changes in price will always be informed before or during each service session. We highly recommend checking the price ahead of time to ensure full satisfaction.

Child Safety Policy:

Our concerns are for the safety of your children.

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the spa. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing spa experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.

We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.

Right to refuse service:

We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Day Lockers: While we do offer lockers, Dream Spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings. We ask that you please not bring or wear valuables.

This store policy is available to every new client of Dream Spa. New clients who have read and proceeded to get treatments done at Dream Spa acknowledge their agreement to the all the provisions, conditions in this policy.
