Satisfaction Guarantee

7-Day Warranty: We warranty all services for 7 days. If you experience any issues with your service within this period, please contact us immediately.

While our work is expected to last a period in-line with or exceeding industry standards, individual situations may vary based on factors such as:

  • Natural nail growth rate and condition
  • Daily activities and lifestyle
  • Aftercare and maintenance practices
  • Environmental factors and exposure to chemicals

How to Report an Issue:

Should you have an issue with your service, please contact us as soon as you notice the problem:

  • Call or text us at (512) 382-7500
  • Include a photo of the issue when you contact us
  • Describe what you're experiencing and when you first noticed the problem

Our team will work with you to address any concerns and ensure you leave our spa completely satisfied. We may ask you to come in for a complimentary touch-up or correction, depending on the nature of the issue.

Please Note: Issues reported after 7 days may be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but warranty coverage is not guaranteed. We encourage you to inspect your service before leaving the spa and reach out immediately if you have any concerns.

Appointment Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs while respecting the time of our talented team and other guests.

Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service cost.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:

We recommend canceling or rescheduling as early as possible to avoid fees and to allow us to offer your appointment time to another guest. To ensure fairness for all clients and our staff, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are a wonderful way to share the Dream Spa experience with friends and loved ones. Please note the following terms regarding gift card validity and balance inquiries.

Validity Period: All gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After that time, any unused value is surrendered.

Balance Inquiries: If you would like to inquire about your gift card balance, please call or text us at (512) 382-7500. Our team will be happy to provide you with your current balance and help you book an appointment to use your gift card.

We encourage you to use your gift card within the one-year validity period to enjoy our services. Gift cards can be applied toward any of our spa services and make the perfect gift for any occasion.
